Join Isabel Anne and Tanja for an afternoon of working with clay, eating delicious vegetarian/vegan food and diving into the world of functional ceramics and exploring ways of conciously relating to our food and pottery. In a time of disconnect from our food and what we consume, we want to have a conversation about the importance of connecting deeply to the objects we have, the objects we make, and the food we consume.
Inspired by ideas of Nordic Hygge and Japanese Wabi-Sabi ethos, we hope to bring a connection to the pottery you will make, and all the meals that you will eat from it.
The workshops will begin at 11:00 with an introduction by Isabel. We will work with starting our pieces until 12:30 when we will have a delicious lunch provided by Tanja. After lunch, we will continue our work with the clay, with a break for fika (coffee + cake) until we finish at 16:00.
The price per person €150.
Included in this price:
Vegetarian/Vegan lunch, coffee, tea and pastry.
A set of ceramics made by you that will be finished by Isabel and available for pick-up a month later. A set includes: 2 cups, 2 plates and 2 bowls.
Maximum participants: 12 people.
IMPORTANT: All workshops will be in English.
