WANT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
When purchasing a product on isabel anne ceramics you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please note that the order is not accepted until I have double checked that the requested product is in stock. After this, you will receive a final order and shipping confirmation.

HOW CAN I PAY?
At isabel anne ceramics you can pay with all major credit cards and Apple Pay.

HOW CAN I GET THIS GIFT WRAPPED?
At isabel anne ceramics I wrap your products as a present, without extra charge. Simply check the box in the form during checkout and the product will be gift wrapped. If you want the order sent directly to the receiver of the gift - simply just enter his or her address.

HOW CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD?
At isabel anne ceramics it is possible to purchase a gift card which can be used to pay for items in my online store. When your order is fulfilled you will receive an e-mail with the gift card for you to print. The gift card is valid indefinitely. It is possible to spend some of the money and save the rest for later. In this case, you will receive an e-mail with the remaining value.


Return policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You have the possibility to return or exchange your order within 30 days after purchase. The original invoice must be included. Please contact me through the formula at the bottom for further help on returning an item.

Please note that I expect the products to be returned in the same state as when they where purchased. Any used, damaged goods or products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are in the same condition as when purchased. If your order is damaged upon delivery to you, please contact me at isabelanneceramics@gmail.com as soon as noticed. When I receive your parcel and the items are approved I will return the order amount to your account or gift card used for the purchase. 

CAN I RETURN A GIFT?
If you have received a gift, which has been bought from isabel anne ceramics and you wish to return the product, I can exchange it for another product of the equivalent value. The gift cannot be exchanged for cash.

Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.


ISSUES

DAMAGED PARCELS?
The goods are insured in transit and I kindly ask you to check the content of the parcel upon receipt. If the parcel and/or the content are damaged upon receipt, please let me know within 24 hours after receipt so I can get the item cost refunded. I am responsible for goods which have been damaged in transit. I will kindly replace the item or return the cost of the item if it is no longer in stock.

isabel anne ceramics trades in accordance with the guidelines and laws established by the National Consumer Agency of Denmark. Complaints can be made in accordance with the rules established by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can make a complaint of defects and faults in the product, which has occurred within 24 months after the purchase. This does, however, not apply to defects, damages or wear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance or ordinary wear and tear.
