Woodfiring at guldagergaard (2020)
During the summer of 2020, I had the opportunity to work as a Young-Artist-in-Residence at the Guldagergaard International Ceramic Research Centre in Denmark.
Along with some extensive facilities, there is a wonderful collection of wood-fired kilns and I was lucky enough to take part in a couple of firings.
This gave me the opportunity to gain some experience in wood-firing, as well as soda-firing. These pictures are of some works produced from the firings of the Summer 2020.
